Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies to paid LoanBrain.ai subscriptions and related orders offered by MOOV FORWARD LLC, doing business as MOOV Ventures, and purchased through Stripe checkout.

2. 30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to first-time purchases of Pro, Team, and Enterprise plans.

3. How to request a refund

Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. on behalf of MOOV FORWARD LLC d/b/a MOOV Ventures. To request a refund, contact us through https://loanbrain.ai or email the address shown in your Stripe receipt. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; timing depends on your bank or card issuer.

4. Renewals and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account page or through the Stripe billing portal; cancellation stops future charges and your access continues until the end of the paid period. Cancelling does not by itself issue a refund for a period already used, but you may still request one under the 30-day guarantee above or contact us and we will review the circumstances in good faith, including billing errors, duplicate charges, and unused renewals reported promptly.

5. Team seats and Enterprise

Team seat additions and removals are prorated by Stripe. Removing a seat stops billing for it from the next cycle. Enterprise orders follow the same 30-day guarantee unless a signed agreement states otherwise, in which case that agreement controls.

6. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory refund or withdrawal rights you may have under the law of your country of residence, or any rights provided under Stripe’s legal terms.
