Acceptable Use Policy

1. Who this applies to

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs all use of LoanBrain.ai (the “Service”), operated by MOOV FORWARD LLC, doing business as MOOV Ventures (“Company,” “we,” “us”). It is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service. It applies to every user — guest, free, Pro, Team, and Enterprise — and to anyone you allow to use your account or seat.

2. What the Service is — and is not

LoanBrain.ai is an informational research and document-summarization tool for personal, auto, student, home, business, commercial, and specialty lending scenarios. It uses artificial intelligence to summarize lender guidelines, matrices, and documents you provide.

• The Service does not underwrite, approve, deny, price, or originate loans, and it does not issue commitments, pre-approvals, or credit decisions.
• The Service does not provide legal, tax, accounting, appraisal, investment, or licensed mortgage advice, and it is not a consumer credit report, consumer reporting agency, or credit repair service.
• Output may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. You are solely responsible for independently verifying every fact, guideline, rate, limit, and lender requirement against the authoritative source before relying on it or communicating it to any borrower, client, investor, or regulator.
• Lender suggestions are informational only, are not endorsements, and are not paid placements. We are not a party to, and accept no responsibility for, any dealings between you and any lender, broker, or third party.

3. Your responsibilities for uploaded documents and data

You are the party who decides what to upload. You must not upload anything you are not legally permitted to disclose to us and our AI processing subprocessors. Specifically, you represent and warrant that for every file, image, prompt, or message you submit:

• You have all rights, licences, consents, and authorizations required — including any written borrower consent, GLBA/state privacy notice, or data-processing authority needed to disclose non-public personal information.
• You have redacted or removed data you do not need to have processed, including full Social Security numbers, full account and card numbers, government ID images, dates of birth, and login credentials, wherever the answer you want does not require them.
• You will not upload protected health information subject to HIPAA, biometric identifiers, information about persons under 16, classified or export-controlled material, sealed court records, or data whose disclosure would breach a contract, court order, or professional duty.
• You accept full responsibility and liability for the content, legality, and consequences of everything you submit, and you agree we may rely entirely on your representations without independent verification.

4. Prohibited conduct

You must not, and must not permit anyone else to:

• Use the Service for anything unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, discriminatory, or predatory, including mortgage or wire fraud, income or occupancy misrepresentation, straw-buyer schemes, appraisal manipulation, identity theft, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or any violation of fair-lending, ECOA, FCRA, TILA, RESPA, UDAAP, or state licensing law.
• Fabricate, alter, or generate documents, verifications, statements, letters, or signatures intended to be presented as genuine to any lender, insurer, borrower, investor, or authority.
• Present Service output to a consumer as a credit decision, approval, denial, adverse action notice, rate lock, or licensed advice, or use it as the sole basis for such a decision.
• Upload malware, attempt to breach, probe, overload, or circumvent security or usage limits, scrape or bulk-extract content, reverse engineer the Service or its prompts, or use automated agents except through interfaces we expressly provide.
• Share, resell, sublicense, or rotate account credentials or seats among people beyond the seats you purchased, or evade device, message, or plan limits.
• Attempt to jailbreak the Service or induce it to produce unlawful, harassing, hateful, defamatory, sexually explicit, or infringing content, or content about third parties that you have no lawful basis to process.
• Use the Service to train, fine-tune, benchmark, or build a competing model or product, or infringe anyone’s intellectual property or confidentiality rights.

5. Monitoring, moderation, and enforcement

We may — but have no obligation to — monitor, filter, refuse, restrict, or remove any input or output, and we may investigate suspected violations. We may suspend or terminate access immediately and without notice or refund for any material breach, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, repeated infringement, or conduct that exposes us or other users to legal or reputational risk. We may report unlawful activity to law enforcement or affected parties and preserve records as required by law.

Rights-holders who believe content processed through the Service infringes their rights may submit a takedown notice through the contact route on https://loanbrain.ai. Accounts associated with repeat infringement will be terminated.

6. Indemnity and allocation of risk

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MOOV FORWARD LLC (d/b/a MOOV Ventures), its affiliates, owners, officers, employees, and service providers from and against any claim, demand, investigation, fine, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) data or documents you submit; (b) your violation of this AUP, the Terms, or applicable law; (c) any decision, communication, or transaction you or your clients make in reliance on Service output; or (d) any third party you permitted to use your account or seat. This AUP does not expand our liability in any way; the disclaimers and liability limits in the Terms of Service apply in full to everything described here.

7. Changes

We may update this AUP at any time by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
